Two Worlds | Bulla Ngurra is an independently owned & run business delivering workshops, programs and consultation to organisations in the private, public & NFP sectors. Founded by Binowee Bayles, proud Koori woman born and raised in Redfern on Gadigal Land, and Chrissy Ynfante, born & raised in Sydney, daughter to Spanish-Filipino immigrants. Between them they have over 50 years of collective experience & knowledge working in service to others in the areas of Community Services, Employment & Career Training and Mentoring, Financial Services, Advocacy, Preventative Mental Health & Wellbeing, development, design & delivery of programs and workshops in the education, corporate, public sectors and communities - urban, rural & remote.
Binowee Bayles

Binowee is a proud Koori woman born and raised in Redfern on Gadigal Land. She is a Mum of three sons and a Kinship carer to many. She has been performing traditional song and dance nationally and internationally for 32 years and have been a part of many cultural ceremonies across Australia. Binowee has 5 years experience in Financial Services, 5 years in Government, 2 years in community organisations and volunteers as a Board of Director for a number of Not for Profit organisations. She is passionate about caring for Country, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Indigenous design, arts and crafts. Binowee has recently joined as a MAD Ambassador and is seeking to empower those around her that are working to Make A Difference in the world!
Chrissy Ynfante

Born & raised in Sydney, Chrissy is the daughter of Spanish-Filipino immigrants, living on Bidjigal, Birrabirragal, and Gadigal land. She is a Mum to an adult son and an “Aunty” to many. She has worked as manager, mentor & trainer in indigenous employment programs in the corporate, government & community sectors. She managed a Community Services Drop-in Centre developing & running programs, advocating & supporting individuals with legal issues, AOD, mental health, housing, & living skills. Chrissy has trained organisations in effective workplace mentoring and cultural competency, and has been a guest speaker at events for the corporate and education sectors. She worked for Greg Inglis' Preventative Mental Health organisation, Goanna Academy, developing & delivering preventative mental health programs and workshops for schools, corporates, & regional & remote communities. Over the past 18 years, Chrissy has worked in Redfern, Great Western Sydney, South Western Sydney, Arnhem Land, and regional NSW allowing her to connect with the people from some of the most beautiful communities, learn more about First Nations Culture, and engage with passionate people working in mental health, education and other related services & industries.
